The council usually meets on the second Wednesday of every month, except in August, when it may decide not to convene. The meetings are held at Ewelme Village Hall and start at 19:30.
The public are always welcome to attend and, at the invitation of the Chairman, to take part – usually on a very informal basis – but there will be times when a public session is instead held at the beginning of the meeting.
Very occasionally, the council will need to respond to a planning application consultation outside of the usual meetings schedule; in that case, the Planning Committee, rather than full council, will meet at a suitable time.
The agenda for the next meeting is published on the Friday before the meeting. It is posted on this website and on the parish notice boards.
Draft minutes of the meeting will be on the boards and this website a few days after the meeting.
